Kemp Conrad joined Commercial Advisors and Commercial Alliance Management (CAM) in January of 2007 from Trammell Crow Company (TCC), where he specialized in corporate and tenant representation and was also the Memphis City Leader. Under his leadership TCC grew to #2 in market share in office leasing and in 2006 TCC garnered recognition from the Memphis Business Journal as one of the Top 10 Business Success Stories of the year.

Through his role as Senior Vice President with Commercial Advisors, Kemp has become a subject matter expert in representing tenants and users of real estate, including professional and financial services firms, and he has deep knowledge of the four main office submarkets in Memphis. He also has represented several top industrial tenants in the market and handles multi-market work for corporate clients. Because of his production Kemp was named 2005, 2006, & 2007 CoStar Power Broker and a 2007 Pinnacle Award winner. Kemp has been directly involved in over $35 million in real estate transactions each year for the past three years (2005-2006) and over $50 million in 2007.
